Hi Sandra,
I agree with everything that hopeful said. I was prescribed zyprexa as one of the meds that the docs prescribed to help me through my insomnia/anxiety/depression that I survived a few years ago. You do have to go off of these drugs slowly or you get very bad rebound anxiety. The things that work best for me was the journaling, exercise and the behavioral therapy as well as the book Say Good Night To Insomnia. Good luck.
