Hi Tom,
I was trying to explain that I think the exhaustion is not just due to lack of sleep but part of the problem too - the anxiety and stress too.
I've been reading stuff on sleep probs for years and this is the first I've heard of fragmentation - and that we wake so briefly we don't remember it - maybe she has graphs to prove it, I don't know.
Whoever discovers a cure for insomnia will make millions and we will hear about it instantly -- I don't think this idea is a eureka moment.
