What a great post, I agree 100%, debate is fine as long as one doesn't decide they have the cure for everyone. I think the forums are here to exchange what has worked for us and we all know we're different. Also sharing the latest news thats out there and encouregment. We all know insomnia is not a disease, so we have to find our own way of coping with it.
