Question to all

Posted by optimistic on May 20, 2005 at 07:36:50:

Yes - I agree with all different cures work for all different people - Yes,I found amitriptyline to work for me - now on 100 mg - started on 50 years ago then 75 - don't like taking such a big dose but pharmacists told me you could take more so feel better about that - also I still would like to know and hear from some of you about if you have problems sleeping when away from home and what do you do about it - do you just not take trips or do you in spite of the insomnia and take pills to help - sometimes pills don't help me when i am away from home - i hate to miss out on fun but this has been a problem for me all my life.

Anyway, would appreciate hearing what others do to when they travel - do you travel or do you forfeit that and stay home because of your insomnia - always a problem for me when away from home and would appreciate hearing others viewpoint. Am doing better now - at least this last week and hope it continues. Thank you for your input.
