I couldn't agree more DCTom. A little debating or discussing of pros and cons is a good thing. And I would also add that anyone that finds success is going to have a natural exuberance about sharing that information with others. Hopefully, this does not translate into "knocking" other methods or approaches to resolving sleep issues.
