Yes, sorry if I sound too pushy - I'm not good at putting things over so don't often contribute.

I did think that the fact that the exhaustion can be part of the problem, not caused by the problem of insomnia, was important - it was a real eureka moment for me as I improved - though of course might not be the same for others.

The constant stream of books, theories, pills etc that appear all make alot of money for the inventor at the expense of the poor sufferer. And if any was a real quick fix it would soon hit the headlines so I'm impatient at these new discoveries.
