Feeling Fatigued

Posted by Feeling Fatigued on May 20, 2005 at 22:12:15:

Does anyone feel really fatigued at night or wake up fatigued in the middle of the night? I have suffered from sleep problems since I was about 24 years old. Now I am 42 and still have problems. My problems are both difficulty falling asleep and I always wake up at about 3 am but usually fall back asleep by 4 or 4:30. Lately, I have been waking up at 3:00 feeling very fatigued and achy in my thighs. This makes it difficult to fall back asleep. Other times I find it impossible to relax and I have a tremendous urge to just toss and turn because I am just unable to relax. I am not depressed or am not having any family problems or anything like that. This problem seems to run on my mothers side of the family. Does anyone have any recommendations how to deal with the fatigue problem?
