Weird sleeping problem now

Posted by zeroX14 on May 23, 2005 at 19:25:18:

Dear all, my sleeping problem seem to have evolved into something else. Here's a describtion of it:

Since 2 weeks ago, instead of sleeping and waking up feeling like never slept, it changed into something else. Now everynite, i can still sleep but in between i seem to be waking up a few times for a few seconds to move my head position around the pillow and this period, i dont feel like im in deep sleep. I feel my head very tight n heavy. But normally around 6 plus 7 plus am, my body would then fall into deep sleep till about 9 plus where i would automatically wake up to check the time then go back to deep sleep for phases of 15 to 20 minutes. This is really affecting me as it is affecting my gym regime at 7.30.

Please, advise me on what to do? I dont want to use sleeping pills. I had taken valoreum, did not help. Does herbal tea like chamomile or Lavender helps?
