Posted by otis on May 23, 2005 at 21:10:47:Just a word of encouragement that I am still sleeping. I went back East and I do not have jet lag , which I use to get even before my insomnia. I kept with a liberal form of sleep restriction, anchoring, and good sleep habits. I experimented. It was a slow process. It took me eighteen months to really get progress. Hang in there. Here is another tip: you even learn how to function with less sleep. So many have gotten better. Just keep it up.
