can't stop taking the pills

I'm 25 and i have been taking otc sleep aid from CVS for about 4yrs now.I can't deal without them,tried hot baths,relaxed,didn't go to bed until i felt tired.Tried Ambien,didn't work for me,felt like a zombie.Don't know what to do anymore....

please help,i need to STOP
