We are here for you. I would start anchoring as soon as possible. I have heard that Paxil can contribute to insomnia. Check it out. Although many do not recommend any drugs, I used it as a safety net. If I did not sleep for 2 to 3 nights, I used it to give me a break. I would highly recommend learning to meditate. After you get good at it, you can use it at night when you wake up. You have taken a lot of good first steps. And you have said that you can take the lack of sleep. Your work does not have to suffer. Focus and work smater. Use this as an excuse to get healthier. Work on your nutrition and exercize. You will get through this. You will be sleeping again. Read the books.

Check back as often as you need to.
