I do have to say that I don't feel "wired" on the Paxil, but I can't get to sleep easily and if I do fall asleep I wake up way too soon. Last night was tough again. I will give the doctor the feedback. I too have a very dry mouth and have an acid / sour taste that is very unpleasant. So it goes. Thanks to all for the replies.
