New Ambien just heard - read below

Hi - i posted on a website and a psychologist answered me telling me that there is a new Ambien CR - first part goes into system right away to help you sleep and the next part goes in later to keep you asleep - have never tried this - has anyone tried it - sure would be interested to know - i take Ambien rarely but still would like to know the benefits if it is better than the regular 10 mg - it says it is 12.5 mg for adults - anyway would appreciate your comments - tks.
