Interestingly enough, I just ended a 3 year relationship with a man who I thought was great. Unfortunately, there were a whole list of other problems which caused the break up. This happened about one month ago, and the first two weeks were pretty tough, but for the last week or so, I've been sleeping 7 to 9 hours a night. No problems with insomnia, whatsoever. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but now I'm beginning to wonder. I had insomnia for 3 years (the length of my relationship) Connection or coincidence? I still can't be sure. A note to those out there: sometimes we can't see the forrest for the trees. Had Enough, please don't think that you need another person to make your life better. It's up to you, and once you realize that only YOU can make your life better, you will be able to live without the anxiety and without the meds.
