Thank you so much. My brain agrees with you, but I wish my heart would catch up. I had insomnia for years and years before I had someone there to help me through, and the world didn't end. It is just that last summer I felt that if he hadn't had been there, the world WOULD have ended. I just wish I could have weaned off the meds before this happened. now I don't know how many months it will be before I can relax and sleep on my own.
