Laughter

Posted by Casablanca on September 29, 2005 at 19:21:26:

I know this post may sound crazy, but I just wanted to share something that was really an interesting experience.

I recently went to a party that was very pleasant. People started talking about funny experiences and there was a great amount of laughter.

When I went to bed that night, I was blessed with one of the greatest nights of sleep I had had in a long time.

There is really something to the saying that laughter is the best medicine. I just wish I could somehow find something to make me laugh a lot every night.

When I am tired and focused on my sleep and how it has screwed up my life, I am very serious, but that is a place where I don't want to be. I do have a good sense of humor, there is just not a whole lot to laugh about. I want to lighten up.

Any thoughts? Just an idea!
