I had posted something sometime back about laughing and sleeping. There are two reasons to find something to laugh about when you get into bed. (1) You're searching for something funny rather than sleep, and (2) It puts your mind in a whole different place. Even if you're unable to find something to smile about, it still helps if you just mimic laughter. I'm glad you found this little trick. It is very helpful.
