I am sure you are right. There is a reason why my body is doing this, why it's reacting like this. You are right that it is very like a phobia. The problem is working out exactly what is going on and why. I don't know what I'm phobic about and that is despite trying just about every therapy I can find.

If I have an anxiety which is causing this then it is deeply buried. I have thought this one through very deeply, and cannot seem to work out why this should be happening.

I'm at my wit's end.
