Chris, when you were doing the SR thing, would you still have sleepless nights? I mean, I would have nights when I was utterly exhausted and falling asleep sitting up, but when I went to bed I still could not sleep. Not sure if the anxiety was winning out over the SR or what.

Brightonbelle, yes, I do seem to have problems on Sundays. It's like the whole end of the weekend thing, staring down the barrel of a work week and my mind just seems to sabatoge the deal, even if I try to stay relaxed.

nocturnally yours, I try to think of nothing. I let my mind wander and turn my alarm clock around. My anxiety is much lower than it used to be, but I guess it is still there, at least on a subconscious level. Some nights, I am able to fall asleep and sleep soundly, some I cannot. I can't figure out what I am doing differently.

Thanks everyone for the input !!
