well, I don't mind the SR so much. If I could get a guaranteed 4-6 hours every night, I would be very happy. It's the sleepless nights or the 1-2 hour nights that kill me. staying up late and getting up early I don't mind so much. For some reason, I never get that tired during the days.

So, yeah, I guess I will go back on the SR and just try to live by it.

In my opinion, however, I truly think it's all about the anxiety and the learned behavior. I don't think it has much to do about the body clock being disrupted.
