Help

Posted by pepe on October 04, 2005 at 18:41:05:

Hi, I'm a 26 year old male and I've always had good sleeps until about a year ago. Now I wake up in the middle of the night and usually I'm very sensitive to the light so I wake up quite early even if I want to rest for abit longer during the weekend.

My sleeping problems are not so bad when I sleep on my own. However when I sleep with my girlfriend it gets very bad to the point that it affects most of the activities I do.

This has become a real problem since it is affecting my relationship. Every time I sleep with my girlfriend I know that I'll be very tired the next day.

I usually can fall aspeel easily after sex but I wake up two hours later and then it gets very hard to get back to sleep. She is not a very good sleeper either and she often wakes up if I move around too much. I wake up too if she starts moving too much.

Why can't I sleep like a rock as when I was younger???

If you have any tips that could help me I would be very grateful.

Jose
