i dont get it my girlfriend falls asleep as soon as in like, 5 minutes it sno fair, i can sleep for 5-7 hours ( ineed like 10) be up for 12 hours n still not fall asleep in 30 mins or less if at all. its no fair i dont get it i hate layin there just starin at the back of my eye lids listenin to the tv and tryin to sleep. i remember when some nights i used to be exhausted b ya sertain time, i want that back so bad where i get so tired that i dont mind sleepin or all i want to do is sleep....idk if i was working at the time or it was just the hours i was goin to sleep/wakin up or what but i hate how i am and everytime i get on a sleep schedule like that i mess it up goin to sleep late one night drinkin or somethin (never will do that again once i get a schedule set where i get tired at a sertain time. what do i do? my girl never has trouble falling asleep ever, never takes her as long as it takes me on a good night i dont even think. ive been takin 3 (suppose to take two but i think i had a tolerance think i gained one quick) everynight for the past 2-3 weeks and i dont wanna do it anymore im gonna rip my stomach up or somethin. i tried warm milk doesnt work i try to do deep breaths but i always stop n forget n start thinkin bout stuff i feel like im never exhausted or tired where i feel i need sleep.
