I agree completely with this. The most helpful thing to me has been to stop worrying and obsessing about how terrible I feel, and to recognize that while I don't feel very good, it doesn't have to affect my mood or functioning if I don't let it. I go about my day and don't worry about sleeping or how terrible I feel. This helped improve my sleep within days, and I am almost off all medication. Plus, my job is going better, my relationships are better, and I don't worry about falling apart anymore.
