My new girlfriend has insomnia

I just started going out with this woman a few weeks ago, and she's told me she has insomnia. I want to do what I can to help so I've been looking around trying to find out if there are any other resources or any advice for someone in my situation; mostly on how to be as helpful as possible. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

It seems right now the best thing I've been able to do is just listen when she needs to talk.
