Hi - Just read your post - a good one - i too still have problems - currently waking up before 3 am and cannot get back to sleep - day after day after day - maybe 4 hours i get which is better than some - unless i take an Ativan or an Ambien i'm like this - i laid there this morning from before 3 am until now 7 am and decided to get up and go back to work - i work at home - i get so disgusted with this routine - i know 4 hours is better than none but i just hate this - i am 62 years old and know as we get older this happens - anyway - I do walk 30 minutes at least every day - i just needed to vent - thanks for listening - I am sure there are many like me out there - just need to hear that - somehow that makes one feel better - i always seem to get down and depressed when this happens - sometimes i get so desperate i take an ativan but try not too but just want to feel rested once in a while - THANKS for listening to me. Take care everyone.
