Hey optimistic,

If you're looking for something to relax you I've got a couple things for you to try.

The first is peppermint tea. You can probably find it in most grocery stores and if you put a couple tea bags per cup of hot water it will relax you like you wouldn't believe. It has a similar effect as camomile, but I think it's more pronounced. Even better, grab you a couple of peppermint plants at your local nursery and plant them in your garden. They grow quick and will give you an endless supply for free.

The other thing is apple cider vinegar. If you can get past the taste and smell, it's the most powerful natural relaxer I have ever found. As far as the dosage you just have to experiment. I usually try dilute an ounce or so into a glass of water. Generous amounts of cinnamon will help disguise the flavor if you find it hard to stomach. Tom
