Thank you - i will get some next time i go to store - see i am on Arimidex for breast cancer - it blocks estrogen from my entire body - the side effects are insomnia and anxiety so this makes me mad but i have to take it - it is a very imp medicine - sometimes i think gee for 3 more years i should just take tranquilizers to get through this but docs will not prescribe these so what is a person suppose to do - if i didn't take it i would have anxiety of the cancer coming back - it is a no-win situation - i see my oncologist Feb 20 so am going to talk to her - maybe i will be put on Ambien CR for a while - i dont know what to do - feel like everything i do is working against me - thanks for responding. Appreciate your help.
