I have this problem when I wake up early and lie in bed long enough to get up that I start thinking that I'm up for the night now. This I think stimulates me for too much. But then again, so would thinking that I must get back to sleep. I'm sure there's a subtle way of thinking about this situation that some of you have worked out, because I'm finding that attitude and thinking has a lot to do with whether or not you'll stay up when your body is ready to sleep. I think that having the right thoughts about your early awakening can make it a lot easier to fall asleep when you're trying to bore yourself back, so I'm wondering what your's are.
