Hi Viviana from Roumania. My husband is from Eastern Europe and came her as a displaced person after war. He was in refugee camps for several years with lots of people, and he never had a sleep problem. That made me so envious of him.
I think 4 or 5 hours every night is normal for some people. When I am very busy, I get about 5 hours of sleep and more on week-ends and I feel fine.
How do you feel? Do you take medications?
