I'll try and get the full message in this time.
Moved house 5-6 months ago and, although fine to start with, kept on wakening up with a dry mouth and throat. Not sure if this is the actual cause of the wakening as I am getting a little bit stressed by not getting enough sleep.
Its a new house and I've heard that the new insulation materials are acutally too good and keep in the warmth caused by the central heating, which could be a cause as its only the last few months that its been really bad.
I'm purchased a couple of humidifiers but the ones I've got are either too noisy or not big enough to last during the night.
I saw the doctor last month and he gave me a nasal spray to help unblock my passages as I breath through my mouth during my sleep (I had an operation a few years back which opened them up and through the day its fine but when I sleep I tend to revert back to breathing through my mouth).
My last home was no problem but the place was a lot damper and the humidity a lot higher, which may have helped me.
I've generally a calm person but this is getting me down. I usually wake around 4am and I get up at 5:30 for work. In the Summer it was a lot better.
If there is anyone out there can you please advise me on what to do? I'm seeing the doctor again tomorrow so fingers crossed.
Thanks and much appreciated.
