Tricks that helped me.

meone told me this trick and it seems to work pretty good, not all the time though. Sounds stupid but when you go to bed turn you clock backwards so you can't see the time anywhere. When you wake up at night during the day afternoon, when ever the first thing most people do is look at the clock and see how much time they have left to sleep, Bad Idea. If you have to be up by noon and you wake up and look at the clock at 1030 all you keep thinking is hour and a half left to sleep and try to beat the clock. if you don't know what time it is you more likely to fall back asleep. Even if you go back to a light sleep for 30 minutes you body desn't know that unless you look at the clock. Sounds stupid but try it. it works
