Gadgirl I feel like we know each other. It's been a couple years I think since we've both been posting. I think right now you have to remind yourself, you are in a funk. I get in them too. But it's just temporary. You'll get back into the groove again, just like you have in the past. Also please try to remember, that your worst nightmares of what might happen if you don't get to sleep never actually occur. I've done quiet amazing things on little or not sleep. I've realized you don't continue to feel worse, and worse, and worse. You pretty much hit a point of feeling bad, and then you get some sleep because your body will demand it. I hope this helps. I'll say a prayer for you tonight.
