Posted by Lunar Lander on February 24, 2006 at 09:40:01:I went to see a neurologist who specializes in insomnia today and she basically told me to stop logging my sleep because it was probably contributing to my anxiety about sleep, and not to worry about sleep. I actually see her point. I think I have to stop worrying about worrying about sleep as well. What I think I'll do is basically take it as her /permission/ for me not to worry about sleep, so if I find myself doing it, I can take it as her free pass not to!
