I think that's a good idea to toss away the logs. I know for me - the more I worry about sleeping the worse it is - sometimes I don't even want to go to bed because I'm afraid I won't sleep. I am trying deep breathing and massage therapy and so far it has been helpful. I hope that tossing away those logs will help you to sleep like one! good luck
