If you are departing from the site, best wishes and thanks for all your support and guidance. It was one of your posts that helped me shift my mindset and put me on the path to recovery.
Though I may not agree with all your methods (no colon hydrotherapy for me, thanks) I agree with your basic themes and I know that both Stress and Uncertainty were huge causes of my insomnia. I am now sleeping great and your advice and role modeling was a big part of my success.
Thanks again for sticking around and sharing your wisdom with the rest of us.
