I am experiencing the same with Lexapro, Xanax and Wellbutrin. I take the Lexapro in the morning, Wellbutrin at dinner and Xanax to help me sleep. I usually do fine, but about a week before my period, I can't sleep at all. The past few nights have been horrible. Almost no sleep at all!

My primary doc says that once I get my life straightened out, the sleep should return, but what am I supposed to do before then? I am thinking about going to a psychiatrist to see about switching meds.

Do any other women have PMDD/perimenopausal symptoms that interfere with sleep?

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
