So are you not sleeping at all or are you not sleeping as much as you would like? Based on what I have read (not much info yet), you are taking meds on a regular basis but none of them put you to sleep. So either you don't ever sleep or you do sleep but not enough to make you feel compelled to say that the meds helped you sleep.

I doubt that you never sleep. So maybe it would be helpful if you gave a realistic estimation of how much you sleep. Do you recall how much sleep you have gotten each and every night for the past 3 nights?
