Hi Stargate,

You know I actually still have nights where I don't sleep that well. Fortunately I don't pull any all-nighters anymore...but I do still pull some 3-4 hour nights occasionally....which lead to long days. Usually these happen if I've been dumb and stayed up too late. Something about going to bed after midnight really messes me up.

But generally I sleep fairly well. Personally I think it would be inhuman to sleep perfectly all the time. I have long sinced dropped that notion that I'll ever be a perfect sleeper. I'm happy enough just to sleep mediocre -- Ironically this attitude helps me sleep better :) And even mediocrity is a giant leap from where I used to be so I just count my blessings and keep moving.

But I still go through phases. Sometimes I sleep really well...sometimes it's a bit of struggle. How about you, Stargate? And everyone else? Tom
