YES definitely - change makes me that way too - we are moving but in same town - just more room and know it will be loads of work getting it all out and then in place in new place.

I feel I need some kind of anxiety meds for now but doc wont give me anything for the day - can i ask you what you did for your anxiety - anxiety is what causes so much of everything - i am taking Ambien CR for 2 nights - first night worked great - last night worked fair but i want to get rested so maybe this anxiety will go away - i work at home which is not good as i'm not around people and so i think more about myself but is good in the fact there is no office politics or any of that

Anyway, yes I can relate to you - right now it is too hot to walk outside - try walking in evening but last night it was 89 but still walked - anyway - you are NOT alone - not at all - i feel life today is more stressful than when i was a child.

Anyway, just answering your post - to let you know you are NOT alone - i feel we all have to find something within ourselves to change our way of thinking - it is all about what we "think" that gets us into trouble - i need to dwell on happy things or positive things - it is so easy to get trapped in the negative path - i dont know why i do that -

God bless you!
