This is all true - getting our minds off - thinking of something else - i can do that with a book but only if it is interesting enough - if it is boring it doesn't work - that is it in a nutshell - getting our "mind" off ourselves - sounds easy - but it takes work and i plan on working on it - little bit every day - i ordered a book that was recommended by a sleep specialist at the Mayo Clinic - called No more sleepless nights - it will come in mail in a few days - thanks - am going to walk at the church basement later where it is cool as it is going to be in mid 90s today - it is used in winter for walkers so it is always open - physical exercise is a must too - thanks for chatting - i do read this board a lot - when i'm hurting i do - i dont when i feel good - dont want to obsess and have to quit that too -

God bless you!
