I actually sleep pretty well most of the time. I probably only have 2 or 3 nights per month when I get less than 5 hours. But my life has been pretty smooth lately...no extreme emotional difficulties. A few months ago, though, I got very worried over my mom's emerging health problems...and I started thinking that it would disrupt my sleep. Sure enough it was a struggle for several nights in a row. It's amazing how insomnia is sometimes self-predicting. Tom
