Hi - we aren't doctors here so we dont know - i would ask your pharmacist or see another doctor - you mentioned psychiatrist - after 3 months I think I would think it's not working or maybe you can ask for an Ativan or something at night to help you more - ask her about SNRIs - hear they may be a little different - i took Paxil for under a week and quit - but it should kick in by 3 months I would think - pharmacists i think say 6 weeks? but not sure either - check with your pharmacist - they know a lot about meds.
