Yeah, self-predicting/ self fufilling. The DAY my girlfriend left me, I said to myself "I am not going to be able to sleep" and sure enough, that very night it all started again after a long period of really good sleep. I have always said, the only difference in my life before and after the insomnia started is that now I stress over sleep whereas before I never thought twice about it.
In any event, glad to hear that you are still sleeping well. I am MUCH better than I was last summer and I feel like a new person in many respects. Whenever I start to dwell over sleep, I just try to redirect my thoughts. The whole goal here is not to think about sleep at all.
