Yeah, I'm the same way. I struggled last week because I was having a party on Friday. But once I recognized the pattern, that setbacks were part of the process, it helped tremendously. Now I just know that if I have a few bad nights, it'll pass, and I believe it, so I don't worry anymore. I still get frustrated at times, and wish it were gone, but I don't fall into that obsessive, anxious ruminating state of mind anymore, because I know after a few bad nights, I will sleep again.
And I do. You are definitely on the right path, you just have to accept those bad nights as part of the process.
