Hi - Say - dont be discouraged about what they said - i talked with a sleep clinic expert and they said they could not help me either - think it is mainly for people with sleep apnea and narcolepsy - so dont be discouraged.
I will add I tried Rozerun - and it did nothing - it is some type of melatonin stimulant - it was a sample and was given to me by doctor and did nothing - felt nothing -
Anyway, you are so much like me - i dont like to travel either because of the loss of sleep - i have to take my Ativans with me and then when I get back I have to wean off which I always do but traveling is not good for me either and so I limit it to mainly just visiting my daughter or my mother but has been a while since I visited my mother in California - she is 94 and it has been over a year since I've been there but I started a new job and can't have too many things going on at one time for me.
Keep in touch and let us know how you make out - just remember one thing - you are alike many of us and you are not "one of a kind" believe you me - keep the faith and God will bless all of us - he loves all of us and will help us if we pray - I have been saying my Hail Mary's and Our Father's at night lately and concentrate just on them and i go to sleep - He knows what we need - Take care - please keep in touch.
