Optimistic: I wonder how "No More Sleepless Nights" is different form John Wiedman's Desperately Seeking Snoozing. I have read several books but not this one.
I know exercise is absolutely important for an insomniac. Many mornings I thought I was so out of it that I couldn't do it, and yet when I started to walk, I started to feel more balanced and normal. I also find swimming very good. Too bad I don't have a swimming pool in the back of the house because that can really help you get sleepy.
Strangely, last night I was so tired, I was able to sleep with a little more medication. The same thing tonight.... no dice. Couldn't go to sleep, even though I am not feeling anxious. So I am behind the computer until I feel drowsy.
Wonderful sleep to all of you. Casablanca
