I have tried Ambien and I would wake up four hours later wide away. It didn't work for me. Then I have tried Lunesta and I couldn't even go to sleep on that. I felt like I had had a brain transplant. It was awful. Every medication works differently for all of us. I take a 1 mg Ativan, and now (since I am not doing really well) I am also taking a Doxepin. It worked great last night, but this night??.. we shall see. Casablanca
