Holy cow people, read the scientific lit about the negative effects of sleep deprivation on performance. The data is so complete and conclusive that to say anything else is just silly, intellectually dishonest, or both.
The excuse that telling people their sleep quality/quantity doesn't matter might somehow make them feel better is also silly.
Anyone who says their poor sleep is not affecting their mood, reaction time, and judgement is in serious denial. Virtually everyone knows this truth deep down inside.
