Janet, I know exactly how you feel. This thing definitely has an effect on lives. For example, I would love to drive back to the Bay Area (SF) and visit friends, but I am afraid. I just don't travel well anymore with this problem. However, I try to turn this around by counting all the blessings I have, my basic good health, my wonderful kitty, my house, my friends, etc. Nothing in life is perfect. Things could be worse, etc. It is all relative. It doesn't cost anything to be positive and it pays off to decide to look at the good things that we do have. I too would love to have a dog. I get my fill at the Humane Society, and my kitty keeps me company at home. Keep up the good thoughts and wishing you a good night's rest. Casablanca
