I would be willing to bet that a lot of these people choose not to sleep rather than have trouble sleeping. I sometimes have more energy and can work out better after not being able to sleep meaning that I wanted to and couldn't sleep....I like the positive words that a lot of people have to say and that post was horrible. People come looking for support, not posting horror stories. I know I wouldn't sleep well searching all of those articles....Jenna
